No more than four people are allowed per reservation for overnight stays.
Additional visitors must be approved by host.
You must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
Two night minimum when booking overnight stays.
No Pets
Prohibited activities: smoking, vaping or illegal drug use; illegal activity including underage drinking; no fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind; fire pit requires approval (wood only); no unregistered guests. Smoking and vaping allowed in a designated area in the garden. No smoking or vaping indoors.
Observe quiet hours 10PM - 8AM and agree to cancellation policy.
Guests can request a fire to be started between 4 - 8 pm. If you are wanting a fire please request this prior to check-in. The fire will be started by the host.
If you are going to use the gas grill please make sure you turn the propane off when you're done. Propane is provided for the gas grill. The charcoal grill is not available to use.
No loud music, events or commercial use (photo/video) without prior host approval.
No glitter, party sprinkles, confetti, body oil or re-arranging furniture.
Do not move the sheer panels in the living room.
Do not water the plants indoor or the plants outdoors.
Guests do not have access to the garage.
Only human waste & toilet paper can be flushed.

cancellation policy

Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking.
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds if guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
The cancellation policy will be upheld, no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.
