DELIVERY + SHIPPING POLICY

MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ONLINE AT www.bearandstonehome.com

We offer free local pick up for the St. Louis, MO area. If you select free local pickup at the time of purchase, we will email you our pick up location and the date the merchandise will be available.  At that point we will schedule a three hour pick up window.

 

If your purchased merchandise is needing to be delivered in the St. Louis area, we have partnered with a local delivery service if you are needing assistance.  For deliveries within a 50 mile radius of St. Louis city the delivery charge is $199 for unlimited pieces.  For deliveries outside of the a 50 mile radius please contact us 618.978.5718 to obtain a quote. Please make sure your space is completely clear prior to delivery. All deliveries are PAID IN CASH at the time of delivery.  Please have the exact amount prepared. Drivers do not carry change or additional cash. If you select local delivery for your purchase, we will email you the dates available as well as the contact information for the local delivery service.  You will then select the date that is convenient for your schedule.  The morning of your delivery, the driver will call you with an approximate three hour delivery window.

We also ship nationwide for all pieces online. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase. Smaller items will be shipped via UPS and larger pieces are ship via Freight. All approximate delivery times are notated at the time of purchase.

 

For smaller items being shipped via UPS: If your item is damaged when you receive it due to shipping please photograph the item in detail with all the packaging to make a claim with the carrier.

For larger items being shipped via Freight: It is extremely important if an item shows up in a damaged box or packaging to photograph it immediately to show it was damaged in-transit.  It is also advisable to refuse items that appear to be damaged from a freight company, and to also take photos of the item and the damage before they take the item back and a claim has to be made. We will do our best to coordinate with you on any claims, but you must make the claim directly with the carrier.

MERCHANDISE PURCHASED AT THE GREEN SHAG MARKET

 

For items being purchased that we show in our booth at The Green Shag Market free local pick up is available from their location. If you are needing assistance with delivery for our pieces being purchased from the market we have partnered with a local delivery service.  For deliveries within a 50 mile radius of the market the delivery charge is $199 for unlimited pieces.  For deliveries outside of the a 50 mile radius please contact us 618.978.5718 to obtain a quote. Delivery Arrangements can also be made with The Green Shag Market for items purchased through their location. This is a separate charge and all arrangements are made directly through the market. All payments are made to them and their staff separately. 

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS OF VINTAGE MERCHANDISE: All sales are final for our vintage items and are sold as is. It will be notated in the description of the piece whether it is vintage or new. We do our best to point out any imperfections in photos and in the descriptions of our items. RETURNS OF NEW MERCHANDISE: We accept returns of new merchandise in its original condition when you contact us within 72 hours of receiving or picking up your item.  Shipping charges (including return shipping) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.  For a full refund on furniture, please follow this procedure:

Contact Bear + Stone Home within 72 hours of receiving your item.  You may contact us at via email at shannonbirke@bearandstonehome.com so that we can arrange for the item to be picked up.  We must be contacted within the 72 hour return window or we will be unable to honor the return.

We will arrange to have the item picked up at your location via UPS.  We will email you your return label prior to pick up. 

The merchandise will be returned to our location where we will inspect it and issue a credit accordingly.  Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your credit, so please ensure that the piece has been carefully wrapped and protected as best as possible in the original packaging or your own packaging.

If you picked up your merchandise you will be responsible for contacting us and returning the merchandise to the pick up location within the 72 hour return window or we will be unable to honor the return.

All sales are final and sold as is for any purchases made through The Green Shag Market.
